Step-by-Step Guide

Search for the Customer from the Front of House -> Dashboard.

Navigate to the Bookings Tab.
- Click on the Bookings tab next to the Quick Buttons on the bottom of the screen.

Select the Activity, Date, and Time
- Choose the desired activity and use the search options to select the requested date and time to check availability.

Add the Activity to the Order
- Once the activity is available, click Add to Order.

Complete the Order
- Click Complete Order to proceed with the booking.

Choose Payment Method
- Select the customer’s preferred payment method from the list of tender types.

Finalize the Transaction
- Click Continue to confirm payment.

- Select the receipt option based on the customer’s preference: Print, Email, or No Receipt.

Confirm Booking
- The booking will now be displayed on the customer’s profile, confirming that the reservation has been successfully made.
