How to register an Induction/Waiver for a customer?

This guide explains how to register an Induction or Waiver for a customer. By following the steps below, you will be able to add an Induction or Waiver to a customer’s profile efficiently.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that the relevant Activity Restriction(s) (Waiver/Induction) you want to register have already been created in the system.


Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Search for the Customer

    • Use the search bar to locate the customer’s profile by entering their name, email, or other identifying details.
  2. Access the Induction/Waiver Tab

    • Once in the customer’s profile, navigate to the Induction/Waiver tab.

  3. Register the Induction/Waiver

    • In the top-right corner, click on Register Induction/Waiver.

    • From the Activity Restriction drop-down menu, select the Waiver or Induction you wish to register.

    • Enter the Completed At date to specify when the activity restriction was completed.

    • Confirm that you have taken reasonable steps to ensure the customer understands and agrees to the terms of the activity restriction.

  4. Save the Induction/Waiver

    • Click Save to finalize the registration.
    • The Induction or Waiver will now be displayed on the customer’s profile under the Induction/Waiver tab.

You’ve successfully registered an Induction or Waiver for the customer. If further assistance is required, refer to additional support resources or contact the support team.
