Step by Step Guide
1. Customer goes to the booking website and clicks on 'Log in'
2. On the top right corner, customer clicks on 'My Account'
3. Customer clicks on the 'Bookings' tab
4. Customer selects the booking they wish to cancel and click on 'View Booking'
5. Customer clicks on 'Cancel Booking'
6. A cancellation confirmation message will be displayed
