This guide explains how a customer can cancel an existing booking through the booking website.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log In to the Booking Website

Go to the booking website.

Click Log in and enter your account credentials.
2. Access "My Account"

Once logged in, click on My Account in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Go to the "Bookings" Tab

In the My Account section, select the Bookings tab to view your upcoming and past bookings.
4. Select the Booking to Cancel

Find the booking you want to cancel.

Click View Booking to open the booking details.
5. Cancel the Booking

Click on the Cancel Booking button.
6. Confirm Cancellation

A confirmation message will appear to confirm that the booking has been successfully cancelled. When applicable, a credit for the value of the booking will be added to the customer account (if the activity was paid for and cancelled within the cancellation window).
✅ Booking Cancelled
The selected booking has now been cancelled and will no longer appear in your upcoming bookings list.
