Log In to the Booking Website
The customer visits your booking website and logs in with their credentials.

Access 'My Account'
Once logged in, the customer clicks on ‘My Account’.

View Package Details
In the account section, they click on ‘Packages’ to view available sessions. -
Book an Activity Using the Package
If there are remaining sessions, the customer can proceed to book an activity as usual. -
Apply Package at Checkout
When selecting an activity, the system will automatically apply the available package session.Note: The customer can choose not to use the package and instead pay for the session manually.

Confirm Booking
The customer clicks ‘Confirm’ to finalize the booking.
They will not be charged if a package session is used.
