How can a customer redeem a package online?


In this guide, we will show you how a customer can redeem their package online..

For example, a customer may have purchased a Zumba Class Package and wants to make a booking with it.


Step by Step Guide


  1. Customer goes to your booking website and logs in.

  2. Once logged in, customer clicks on 'My Account'.

  3. From there can see how many sessions they have left by clicking on 'Packages'.

  4. If any session left, they can proceed and book the activity as they normally would.
  5. Once they have selected the activity, the package session will automatically apply. They can however chose not to use it and pay instead.

  6. They click on confirm and they will not be charged.
