Click on ‘Log In’
This will take them to the login page. -
Enter Login Details
If the customer remembers their login information,they:-
Enter the email address or Customer ID.

Click on ‘Log In’.

How to Reset a Forgotten Password

On the login page, they click ‘I have forgotten my password’.

Enter their email address or Customer ID, then click ‘Continue’.

Check their email inbox for a password reset email.
