This guide will show you how a customer can log in and reset their password online.
Step-by-Step Guide
- The customer goes to your booking website.
- The customer clicks on 'log in'.
- If the customer knows their details, they can enter their email/customer and their password and click on 'log in'.
- If they don't remember their password, they can click on 'I have forgotten my password', enter their email address or Customer ID and click on 'Continue'.
- Customer will then check their Inbox. We recommend that they also check their Junk mail.
