How can a customer login/reset their password online?

Summary

This guide will show you how a customer can log in and reset their password online.

 

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. The customer goes to your booking website.
  2. The customer clicks on 'log in'.

  3. If the customer knows their details, they can enter their email/customer and their password and click on 'log in'.

  4. If they don't remember their password, they can click on 'I have forgotten my password', enter their email address or Customer ID and click on 'Continue'.

  5. Customer will then check their Inbox. We recommend that they also check their Junk mail.
