How can a customer login/reset their password online?

Step-by-Step Guide

How to Log In

  1. Visit the Booking Website
    Customers go to your booking website using a web browser.

  2. Click on ‘Log In’
    This will take them to the login page.

  3. Enter Login Details
    If the customer remembers their login information,they:

    • Enter the email address or Customer ID.

    • Enter the password.

    • Click on ‘Log In’.

How to Reset a Forgotten Password

  1. On the login page, they click ‘I have forgotten my password’.

  2. Enter their email address or Customer ID, then click ‘Continue’.

  3. Check their email inbox for a password reset email.

    Tip: If they don’t see the email, they should check their Junk or Spam folder.
