Summary
During this development cycle, the teams have continued the work to progress Activities V2 (Templates & Schedules), along with an update to the variables available in the Bookings Datasource, the ability to filter by Membership Type in the Eligibility Management Approval table and also a correction for the activity cancellation reason dropdown options.
Enhancements - Already Released
Bookings Datasource Update
Bookings Datasource now includes First Name, Last Name and Phone Number as available variables. This is to support clients who may need to send additional custom communications outside of Flow regarding an activity.
Eligibility Management Approval Update
We have now introduced the ability to filter by membership type on the Eligibility Management Approval Pages. This will allow for the flexibility to prioritise the review of specific pending eligibility documents based on membership types. Clients may want to do this to target the review for memberships that they know have a higher yield or are part of a corporate scheme and need to be resolved quickly.
Key Defects - Already Released
Archived Freeze Types
Reported issue that when a Freeze Type is set to available Everywhere and is then archived, the freeze type remained active online. An improvement has been released already for this issue with no further reports raised.
Activity Cancellation Reason
Incident reported where an activity was cancelled however customers did not receive a notification or credit if applicable. From investigation, the team found that this was due to activity cancellation reason options being duplicated and backend system reasons being displayed in the UI. This has now been resolved and the dropdown activity cancellation options have been updated to reflect the correct reasons.
Key Defects - With Release
Customer Search Improvement
The team identified that the query behind the Customer Search function was performing poorly and there was a delayed wait time before results were populated. A new query will be utilised as part of the release which will return results much faster for customer searching.
