Summary
During this development cycle, the teams have continued the work to progress Activities V2, along with starting the work for an initial solution to sell and manage joint/multi-memberships offline. We have also completed several smaller key defects & a system enhancement.
Key Defects - Already Released
Report Error Messages
Work done to resolve ajax error messages and issues with downloading report data.
Membership Benefits - Fast Ticket Activities
Resolved UI issue when a customer has a membership that includes benefits, and then books a fast ticket activity, the benefit was applied correctly however an error message was displaying incorrectly in the UI.
Resource Calendar - Not Displaying All Resources
Resolved reported case of missing resources from the Resource Calendar configure display view window. This defect was impacting the ability to ensure all required resources were available to be added to the custom display view of the calendar if needed.
Failed to Load Shopping Basket Error
Resolved reported use case of a customer being unable to complete a transaction online due to an error message presenting when loading the basket.
Barcodes Failing to Format - Customer Email
Resolved reported cases of the access control barcodes that appear on customers' booking emails where failing to format.
Calendar Attachments Issue
Reported case where the booking calendar attachments were failing to load or attach to some customers' calendars. Fix deployed with no further reported issues.
Resource Timeline UI formatting
Resolved a small UI defect where the text was not wrapping correctly. Example below of the now resolved issue:
Key Defect - With the Release
UI Change for Membership Cancellations
Memberships with a pending cancellation will now state the final day that a membership will be active (Cancels end of XX/XX/XXXX). Pre 1.62 release this was unclear for cases of a change in membership and suggested from the UI that a member may have a day in between memberships that they have no facility access.
Enhancement - Already Released
New Activity Cancellation Reason
We have now introduced a new activity cancellation reason for cases when an activity needs to be cancelled due to staff availability. The new reason has now been added as an additional reason to the current existing list.
