Why do some 'Inactive' users have current points?
Users can transition between Active → Inactive → Active statuses. The ‘Last Inactive’ column reflects the last date they entered the Inactive status.
Even while inactive, users can retain their current points. These points are calculated as the total earned points minus any points spent or manually removed by an admin.
If the points were reset and the user has been inactive for some time, how do they have 'current points'?
Some users, even when inactive, may still accrue points under specific circumstances. For example, if their activity tracker (e.g., Fitbit) is still syncing overnight, it will continue adding points to their account without requiring them to open the app or be 'active.'
Why is a user with a ‘Last Inactive Date’ in the past still listed as inactive?
The ‘Last Inactive Date’ reflects the last time the user switched to the Inactive status. However, if they have not met the conditions to become active again (e.g., consistent app engagement or meeting activity thresholds), they will remain in the Inactive status.
