In this guide, we will offer detailed information about Moves+ users.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. From the home page, go to the Moves module.
2. Go to Users.
A list of all your Moves+ users is displayed. You can now:
- Use the search tool to search for a user by name or email.
- Note their Status under the status column.
- More info on User Statuses can be found here.
- Click View next to a user to see more information regarding their Moves+ account.
3. Review User's Details.
Within the user's details page you can review their information as well as:
- Block User; or
- Change the User's Status / Deactivate User.
4. Review User's Points.
- Click the Points tab at the top of the page.
- You can now review the user's points activity; and/or
- Modify their points.
