What is the Inactive User Threshold?

Summary

In this guide, we will show you how to review and modify the 'Inactive User Threshold' setting.

The Inactive User Threshold setting is a feature that allows you as the administrator to monitor how many active (or inactive) users you may have at any given time. Moves+ will recognise a user as 'inactive' if they have not engaged with their Moves+ app within X number of days. The number of days (X) is set by you as the admin.

For example, if your Inactive User Threshold is set to 120 days, a user's status will be noted as inactive if they have not engaged with their Moves+ app for 120 days or more.
