This guide provides step-by-step instructions to bulk restore users from Moves+

Overview
Users can be restored in bulk using the "Bulk Restore Users" function in the Users module. This can be used to correct any mistake when offboard users en masses once they have stopped using the Moves+ app.
Data for the user is retained in line with our data retention policy:
Steps
1. Navigate to Moves > Users
2. Select the "Bulk Delete Users" function in the top right of the page
- Read the instructions carefully before starting. ⚠️ The key point is "Keep only the user IDs you want to restore." ⚠️
- Download User CSV which will contain a list of deleted Users in Moves
- Delete the rows with users you wish to remain deleted on Moves+. ⚠️ Keep only the user IDs in the CSV you want to restore. ⚠️
3. Preview the changes
- Review and check the changes ⚠️ Make sure the total rows matches your expectations before actioning and the preview shows records you recognise and wish to restore ⚠️
- If there are errors, review the original CSV and correct as required.
4. Confirm & restore the users
- Once actioned you will see confirmation of the action and status which should match the preview:
- From here, you can restore more users or return to the User list
