How to Bulk Grant a Package to Customers' Memberships

1. Access the Bulk Actions Module

• From the Home page, navigate to the Bulk Actions module.
  
  

2. Go to Customer Memberships

• Select Customer Memberships from the available options.
  
  
  

3. Select the Membership List to Freeze

You can freeze memberships for either Created Lists or Imported Lists.

If you haven't created a list yet, please refer to this guide.

A. Created Lists

If you’ve already created a list of members whose memberships you want to freeze:

1. On the Customer Memberships page, click My Lists on the right.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the list you want to apply the bulk freeze to, then click View Details.
   
   

Important: Verify the data before proceeding, as bulk actions may be irreversible.

3. In the Bulk Actions column on the right, select Grant Package.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Continue.
   
   
   
   
5. Choose the Applicable Package from the dropdown.
   
   
   
   
6. Choose whether to apply the freeze Immediately or on a specific date, then click Continue.
   
   
   
   
   Note: The earliest start date you can select is tomorrow.
   
   
7. Optionally, add a Note , and click Save and Continue.
   
   
   
   
8. Check the list and Confirm action once reviewed.
   
   
   
   
9. Click on Run Now if you are ready to proceed. Alternatively, you can still cancel it.
   
   
   
   
   
10. This action is now completed.
    
    

B. Imported Lists

If you’ve imported a list of members:

1. On the Customer Memberships page, click List Imports.
   
   
   
   
2. Find the list you wish to grant packages to and click View Details.
   
   
   
   
3. Follow the same steps outlined above for Created Lists.

4. Review Bulk Action History

To check the history of your bulk actions:

1. From the Bulk Actions page, go to Action Log.
   
   
   
   
2. You will see a record of all past actions.
   
   

Notes:

• Be careful when performing bulk actions, as they are not be reversible.
• You can always verify the status or details of past actions in the Action Log.

By following this guide, you can quickly grant a package to multiple customers' memberships at once, ensuring that payments are paused for the duration of the closure.
