Overview
Health Connect is Android's own service for managing and sharing health and fitness data from multiple sources. It does not track anything itself. Apps such as Samsung Health, Garmin Connect and Fitbit's own app write your activity into Health Connect, and Moves+ reads it from there.
On Android, Health Connect is the supported route into Moves+. On iPhone, use Apple Health instead.
