What is Health Connect?
Health Connect is a service for Android users that allows you to efficiently manage and share your health and fitness data from multiple sources. It helps you consolidate your health information while ensuring your privacy and security.
What Does Health Connect Work With?
Health Connect itself does not track activities. Instead, you need to connect one or more fitness tracking apps to it. These apps will then sync your activity data with Moves+. You can find the full list of apps that will work with Health Connect here.
Only apps that provide step count and activity distance for swimming, running, and cycling can be used with Moves+.
Step-by-Step Guide: How to Connect Health Connect with Moves+
- Open Moves+ and go to Profile
- Click on Edit Profile.
- Navigate to My Tracker.
- Tap "Connect" next to Health Connect.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up Health Connect.
- When prompted, allow Moves+ to access Health Connect.
- You will see a confirmation message once the connection is successful.
Now, your health and fitness data from supported apps will sync seamlessly with Moves+.
