Summary
The primary focus for this development cycle has been working on Activities V2 for any key defects identified during the continued rollout across our clients.
In addition to the above (detailed below), we have also started the investigation for the initial phase of our Membership Debt project, which includes the ability to unsuspend a DD membership due to eligibility and calculate the correct pro rata of membership due. Along with the preparation work needed for Activities V2 rollout (activity category slug mapping for clients), corrective work was required post-client onboarding regarding their data import and an accessibility review of our join/book online site.
Key Defects & Enhancements (Activities V2)
Below is a list of key defects and enhancements released as part of our ongoing improvement work to Activities V2, including a significant improvement to our Induction & Waiver offering.
- Activities V2 API updated membership endpoints
- Friendly name for location
- Cart improvements to resolve reported cases of double bookings
- Resolved reported error 500 message relating to the scheduler
- Booking duration showing as 90mins regardless of configuration, which has now been corrected
- For clients during their transition of V1 to V2, booked activities for V1 & V2 on a customer account were showing in an incorrect order. This has been fixed and returned to the correct order.
- Resolved an issue causing the inability to create a block booking schedule
Inductions & Waivers for Ticketed Activities (Fast ticket)
As clients that offer Gym bookings will now be using Ticket activity type for their schedules, we have built the ability to include the remaining types of inductions & waivers to be configured for those activities.
This will now allow Activities V2 ticketed schedules to have any of these combinations:
- Normal waiver
- Enhanced waiver
- Induction
- Normal waiver and induction
- Normal waiver or induction
- Enhanced waiver and induction
