Multi-Bookings Online
How do clients enable Multi-Booking?
Multi-booking is controlled through the User Group Configuration setting in OP Super Admin. When User Groups are enabled, Multi-Booking becomes available automatically. This is due to you can only book on behalf of someone that you are linked to.
This setup ensures that users can only make bookings on behalf of others if they are connected through User Groups.
To enable this feature, clients should contact their OP Account Manager, who can turn it on for their organisation.
To Note: Waitlists are supported; however, waitlist management is not yet exposed within admin (Booker) account screens.
Please review the knowledge base articles for - User groups and linking and Multi bookings for more information.

Accessibility Compliance Work
We’ve successfully progressed our Accessibility Compliance enhancements, which delivers a range of improvements across customer-facing applications to meet the requirements from our recent accessibility audit.
These updates enhance usability, inclusivity, and overall compliance with accessibility standards:
Full Keyboard Accessibility
All pages are now fully navigable using only the keyboard. Every interactive element can be accessed in sequence, with clear focus states highlighting the selected element.
A “Skip to main content” link now appears when tabbing, allowing users and screen readers to bypass navigation and move directly to the main page content.
Semantic Structure & Landmarks
Implemented proper HTML landmarks (
<nav>,<main>, etc.) and structured headings (<h1>,<h2>) to create a clear content hierarchy. These improvements also help with SEO.Assistive Technology Support
Added descriptive
alttext for images and ARIA labels for interactive elements to ensure content is interpreted accurately by screen readers.Scalable Layout Support
All pages now remain fully functional and readable when zoomed up to 400%, improving accessibility for users with visual impairments.
Colour Contrast Improvements
Colour contrast adjustments have been made to meet compliance standards where possible. Some client-defined colours may still need review — documentation is available to guide clients on how to achieve compliant colour contrast settings.
