Key Enhancements:
New Cancellation Reasons in Flow
Additional hardcoded membership cancellation reasons where added to the available list of reason you can configure. This can be done from System Configuration -> Settings -> Manage Settings (see screenshots for location).
New reasons added:
- Changed circumstances or priorities
- Schedule or routine conflicts
- Inconvenient location
- Goals achieved
Booking Clarity on Fully Booked vs Not Available
Previously, ‘Not Available’ required a hover to see why (e.g., fully booked, age restriction).
We now show ‘Fully Booked’ directly in Flow to improve clarity, especially for mobile users.
Security Customer Search Improvement
To improve security, staff members must now enter 3 or more characters or 5 or more digits to search for a customer profile. Also customer information is no longer displayed by default on the dropdown.
Key Defects:
The following key defects were addressed as part of this Sprint:
- Resolved accessibility audit defects flagged from the accessibility audit to improve compliance and user experience.
- Resolved functionality for Activity T&C's in regards to Activities V2.
