Enhanced our existing Age Debtors Datasource with displaying outstanding membership debt, in support of our recent membership debt functionality release.
This functionality supports decision-making around pursuing or writing off debts.

Courses & Camps URL on top banner
As camps and courses have their own tile online, we further added specific URLs to the top banner. These are only displayed when a client has Camps & Course enabled on their account.
Add authentication to API spec
Users of our API were unable to determine which endpoints they do/don’t have access to from the API spec. This meant that they were presented with 403 error messages on endpoints without understanding why. This enhancement ensured that each endpoint now includes a security section with the available authentication options.
Print Attendee List
This is a new feature which allows admin users when viewing a camp/course/class activity to print or download attendee information.
Users can print/download the attendee register which includes basic details allowing them to mark attendance for instance. They can choose whether to print the whole schedule or just the selected occurrence.
Users can also print/download an attendee information sheet including more details such as custom questions & answers and emergency contact details.
Key Defects - Activities V2
The following defects resolved regarding Activities V2:
- Unable to amend a schedule end date. High priority ticket which affected multiple clients. Staff users weren’t able to amend schedule end dates and got an error message upon trying to update the activity schedule.
- Reported cases were cancelling an activity from the Resource Timeline (Facility Calendar) would not always cancel the activity for the booked customers. In this reported cases the timeline presented the activity as being cancelled however did not actually cancel customer bookings or send out cancellation emails
