Key Defects
Access Data Source Date Filter Missing
Added missing "Accessed at (Filters)" criteria for Access data source Time Comparison type reports. Users can now:
- Filter by current year and month criteria
- Use "Accessed at" data point in Date Column grouping
Create time-based access reports as intended
Membership Fee Increase Processing Error
Resolved issue where rows failed during a client's membership fee increase. Fixed processing logic to properly handle records with freeze-related lines in export lists.
Activity Breakdown Summary Mismatch
Fixed reported discrepancy between activity breakdown display on summary tab and actual customer activity bookings. Summary now accurately reflects booking data.
Address Field Display Issue
Fixed configuration issue where enabled address fields in data collection weren't displaying in forms. Address fields now properly render when enabled.
Duplicate Collection Processing
Resolved duplicate processing issue in 9/9/2025 collections affecting:
- Flow-uk: 2 duplicates for 1 customer
Enhanced validation logic to prevent future duplicate processing.
Bulk Membership Change Tool Error
Resolved critical issue with bulk membership change tool where transitions members were moved from one DD membership to another, which resulted in:
- Cancelled original memberships
- Created 2-3 duplicate memberships per customer
Fixed processing logic for bulk operations and implemented additional validation checks. Conducted comprehensive review of affected files from recent bulk operations to ensure data integrity.
GoCardless Webhook Exception Handling
Resolved exception thrown when processing GoCardless webhooks missing reason_code in payload. Enhanced error handling to gracefully manage API-originated webhook responses.
Key Defects - Activities V2
The following defects resolved regarding Activities V2:
- Reported cancelled activities causing clashes when they shouldn’t.
- Activities were reported as clashing with opening times, when the facility was in fact open and not closed.
- An issue whereby clashes due to draft closures and opening times weren’t detected.
Key Enhancements:
Email text field on Activities V2 Templates
This enhancement brings a solution to providing per activity template, additional email content to customers as part of their order confirmation emails. All V2 Activities now have a text field (with markdown options and no character limit) to allow staff members to add any instructions or extra activity details to be included in the email. The text saved as part of the template will pull through to the activity schedule and can be amended here also.

The configured text will also show step 5 of creating an activity template, the summary screen.
It automatically pulls through the configured text on the schedule. This allows users to configure it per activity template with the flexibility of making changes on each schedule including any live schedules.

The order confirmation email now includes a PDF attachment
Note: This feature is now the default for the order confirmation email. For clients that will be making use of this feature, we recommend that they review their notification template(s) for booking confirmation and add text to notify customers to review the attachment, for example: “Please see the attached PDF for additional information about your booking(s)”.

Open the attachment.
If a customer has made multiple bookings that are configured with the same additional text, the text will be grouped together underneath the heading (Class with email). If a customer had different types of bookings with different text, they would then be displayed on separate pages outlining the activity name, times, and dates if there are multiple, with the configured content below.
Camps & Courses
Camps and courses can now be cancelled online and via FOH. Courses can only be cancelled as a whole, whereas camps (if individual days were purchased) can be cancelled individually. The team also completed majority of the development for extras (adding POS items to purchase in addition to a camp or course). The work on extras is currently going through testing and quality assurance in preparation for its release.
