Key Defects:
The following key defects were resolved as part of this sprint:
- Reported cases of customers being unable to use their saved card details to make payment online and via the app. This issue only impacted client with saved cards enabled through Opayo (Elavon).
- A reported issue whereby upcoming DD collections for members were showing as an unknown status incorrectly. Issue was resolved with no adverse effects to DD collection
Key Defects - Activities V2:
The following key defects regarding Activities V2 were resolved as part of this sprint:
- Activity template description was not visible on the booking URL.
- Error message was shown when trying to publish a Block Booking activity after making edits both in a draft and published state.
- A ‘dropped the ball’ error message was shown wen trying to edit a recurrence on a draft schedule specifically (this was not an issue on published schedules).
- Issue on the FOH roster modal, where only 20 customer names would be displayed even if more customers were booked on to the class. This limit has now been removed and all attending customers are now visible.
- UI issue where the mouse cursor had to be moved above the check box for FOH waivers, rather than on the actual checkbox as expected.
Key Enhancements:
Reporting Enhancements
This sprint brings a new datasource focused on Instructor led activities, which currently will only present class activities as these are the only activities that have functionality for Instructors. However in preparation for future enhancements to allow instructor(s) to be assigned to other activity types (in particular ticketed activities), you will see there is a field for ‘Bookings’ and ‘Booked Spaces’ - this is to accommodate where a booking may consist of a ticket covering more than one space.

Camps & Courses
The Bookings V2 and Cancelled Bookings V2 datasources are now compatible with camp and course activities. A few additional fields were added allowing users to search by Booking Bundle ID for instance which allows them to identify which occurrences belong to which course or camp activity. Other additions are the schedule ID, resource name, friendly name, pricing option reference and friendly name and duration.
We have also completed the development work for Camps & Courses to appear as part of the Resource Timeline (Facility Calendar).
