Summary
For this development cycle we have resolved several key defects and an enhancement for Activities V2 to allow clients to configure the level of staff access required.
Key Defects & Enhancements (Activities V2)
Below is a list of key defects and enhancements released as part of our ongoing improvement work on Activities V2:
- Staff permission configuration for Activities V2 module access. Clients will be able to determine the level of access staff will receive for Activities V2, including overriding/editing bookings restrictions, booking timings, and custom questions at the schedule level (in the future)
- Resolved a cause for double bookings during peak times
- Resolved an issue where some occurrences weren’t displayed on the schedule preview page
Key Defects
Emergency Contact Validation: Resolved an issue where emergency contact details were not being properly validated during user onboarding or updates.
Provisional Membership Freezes: Fixed a bug where deleted provisional memberships were incorrectly retaining freeze records.
Duplicate MultiMembership Entries: Eliminated duplicate entries appearing in the MultiMemberships datasource.
Customer First Name Missing: Fixed an issue where the first name field was blank during the checkout process for logged-in users purchasing a membership.
Guest Pass Banner (Innovatise): Resolved an issue where the Innovatise guest pass banner was sticking to the top of the page while scrolling within the app.
Promotions & Order Totals: Corrected a discrepancy in how promotional discounts were applied to orders, which previously resulted in inaccurate amounts owed by customers. Historical orders may still reflect inconsistencies, but all future orders will display correctly. (screenshot below)
