Customer Enquiry
We added custom questions to the customer data collection module (Sign Up Questions) to allow clients to be able to ask customers when they create an account for additional information, for example their preference in activities like. For clients who operate and manage multiple facilities you can also enable collecting a customers home centre preference as part of the data collection module.

Datasource Improvements:
- Moved the Bookings V2 datasource from being automatically under the uncategorised datasource folder to the bookings folder
- Improvements to the Credits datasource to include when credit is due to expire and how it has been used.
- Implement Activity Utilisation datasource for Activities V2 module.
Filtering & Sorting - Activities V2 Schedule Table
Sorting/filtering functionality has been added to the columns seen in the Activities V2 schedule table.
Resource Timeline List View
The resource timeline now has a ‘list view’ similarly to the previous facility calendar, where the following information can be seen listed:
- Day of the week
- Timeframe of the activity
- Availability/Capacity
- Location
- Template name

V2 Staff Permissions
Clients can now go into System Configurations and set the staff permissions for Activities V2 as part of the staff user roles (see below).
