Customers can conveniently purchase Packages through your online booking website. Packages may include classes, resources, or point-of-sale items.
Follow the steps below to learn how to buy a package online.
Step-by-Step Guide
Customer logs in to your booking website.
They click “Book an Activity.”
Scroll below the activity categories to view all available packages for online purchase.
Select the package(s) you wish to buy.
Choose one of the following options:
Add to Order – if you want to continue shopping or add more items to your basket.
Buy Now – to proceed directly to payment.
Click “Check Out Now.”
If you have available credit, you may use it to pay all or part of the total amount.
If no credit is available, enter your payment details and click “Pay Now.”
Once payment is complete, a confirmation message will appear to confirm your successful checkout.
The purchased packages will be available under My Account → Packages Tab.
Tip
You can view and manage your purchased packages anytime in your My Account section.
