How to use the Promo Code via Front of House.

This guide explains how to apply Promo Codes through the Front of House module.

Key Notes:

  • Promo Codes are not case-sensitive, so they will work regardless of whether they are entered in uppercase or lowercase.
  • Before proceeding, ensure the Promo Code has been created. If not, follow the steps in this article.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Front of House Module

  • From the Home Page, navigate to the Front of House module.

  • Open the Dashboard.

2. Select a Customer

3. Add a Membership

  • Click on Add New Membership.

4. Apply the Promo Code

  • Enter the Promo Code in the designated field and click Apply.

5. Validate the Promo Code

  • If the Promo Code is valid, you will see:
    • A Green Tick next to the discount, and
    • The discount applied to the membership price.

  • If the Promo Code is invalid, you will see a red error message (as shown in the example screenshot below).
    • Check the following if the code is invalid:
      • Ensure the Promo Code applies to the selected membership.
      • Verify that the Promo Code has not expired.

6. Finalize Membership and Payment

  • Confirm that you have taken reasonable steps to ensure the customer understands and agrees to the Health Commitment Statement.
  • Click Save and Go To Payment to complete the process.
