Summary
FLOW allows you to create promo codes to provide discounts to your customers. Promo codes can be configured as:
- Fixed Amount Discounts: e.g., £10 off.
- Percentage Discounts: e.g., 10% off the basket price (applied as pro-rata or for a fixed term).
Important Notes:
- Promo codes must be a single word, e.g.,
JULY50OFF
. Spaces will not be recognized when redeeming the code. - Once published, promo codes cannot be edited. To make changes, you will need to unpublish the code and create a new one.
- Promo codes cannot be deleted for auditing purposes. However, a future enhancement may include an archive feature.
