In this guide, we will show you how customers are able to upload an eligibility document. You can use this guide to assist them with uploading their eligibility document on their online account.
Step by step guide

Customers log in to your joining/booking website

They click on ‘My Account’.

They select the ‘Memberships’ tab. They will get a warning message reminding them that their proof of eligibility is required and the membership status will state ‘pending’.

They scroll down to the bottom of the page to the ‘Documents’ section and click on the ‘upload a document’ link.

Select and upload your document type, then select the ‘submit document’ button.

Once your document is submitted you will get a confirmation pop-up advising you that the document has been submitted and is waiting approval.
