Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in to the Booking Website

The customer should go to your joining/booking website.

They will click Log In and enter their account credentials.
2. Access the “My Account” Section

Once logged in, they will click on My Account in the top-right corner.
3. Open the “Memberships” Tab

In the My Account section, they will go to the Memberships tab.

A warning message will be displayed stating that proof of eligibility is required.

The membership status will appear as Pending until the document is reviewed and approved.
4. Upload the Eligibility Document

Scroll down to the Documents section.

Click the Upload a document link.
5. Select and Submit the Document

Choose the document type from the dropdown (e.g., student ID, proof of age).
