In this guide, we will show you how to navigate the Customer Summary Tab.
Step by Step Guide
You can view the Customer Summary tab via 2 modules
Via Front of House
1. From the home page to to the Front of House module
2. Go to Dashboard
3. Search for customer with their name, customer ID or email address and select customer
4. Click on View Profile
Via the Customer Module
1. From the home page, go to the Customer Module
2. Search for customer with their name, customer ID or email address, select customer and click on view
You will then see the Customer Summary Tab which has 6 sections
- Activity Time
It will display how many activities they did per week day.
You can choose to view it by:
Month
Year
You can also hover on the week day for more information on the activities they did
- Activity Breakdown
It will display how many visits they did for each activity
- Centre Visits
it will display how many visits they did for the past week, month, year and all time.
- Active Memberships
This will display the customer's memberships
- Next Booking
This will display the customer's next booking
- Latest Order
This will show the customer's latest order
