2. Access the Customer Summary Tab
Click on the Summary tab to view the customer's information.
Sections of the Customer Summary Tab
The Customer Summary Tab contains six key sections that provide a comprehensive overview of the customer’s activity:
1. Activity Time
This section shows how many activities the customer completed per weekday. You can customize the view to show data by:
- Month
- Year
You can also hover over each weekday to get more details about the specific activities performed on that day.
2. Activity Breakdown

Displays the number of visits the customer made for each type of activity.
3. Centre Visits
Shows how many times the customer visited the center, with breakdowns for:
- Past Week
- Past Month
- Past Year
- All Time
4. Active Memberships
Lists all current memberships the customer holds.
5. Next Booking
Displays details of the customer's next upcoming booking.
6. Latest Order

Shows the most recent order placed by the customer.
7. Identification
This section shows whether a customer has a method of identification saved such as a barcode/NFC or an ID.
You can also configure it from this tab.
Note: this is only visible when a machine has started.
