Step-by-Step Guide
You can cancel a customer booking through two different modules: Front of House or Customer Module.
Method 1: Cancel Booking via Front of House Module

View Profile
- Click on View Profile to access the customer's details.

Access the Bookings Tab
- Go to the Bookings tab, locate the booking you wish to cancel, and click Cancel.

Confirm Cancellation
- Click on Confirm Cancellation to finalize the process.

Credit for the Booking
- The customer will automatically be credited for the cost of the booking once it is canceled depending of the cancellation cutoff settings.
