How to cancel a booking for a customer?

  • Account restrictions: Some customers may have limited online access or are unfamiliar with using online features.

Step-by-Step Guide

You can cancel a customer booking through two different modules: Front of House or Customer Module.


Method 1: Cancel Booking via Front of House Module

  1. Search for the Customer

  2. View Profile

    • Click on View Profile to access the customer's details.

  3. Access the Bookings Tab

    • Go to the Bookings tab, locate the booking you wish to cancel, and click Cancel.

  4. Confirm Cancellation

    • Click on Confirm Cancellation to finalize the process.

  5. Credit for the Booking

    • The customer will automatically be credited for the cost of the booking once it is canceled depending of the cancellation cutoff settings.

Method 2: Cancel Booking via Customer Module

  1. Search for the Customer

  2. View Bookings

    • Once in the customer’s profile, click on the Bookings tab.

  3. Cancel the Booking

    • Click on Cancel for the booking you wish to remove.

  4. Confirm Cancellation

    • Confirm the cancellation by clicking Confirm Cancellation.
