This guide explains how a customer can purchase a membership online through their account on the booking platform.
Before You Begin
Customers must create and log in to their Customer Account before purchasing a membership.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Select "Buy a Membership"
Once logged into their account, the customer clicks on Buy a Membership.
2. Choose a Home Centre
The customer selects their home centre from the list provided.
3. Select Membership Type and Payment Option

Filter options by Membership Type and Payment Type (Monthly or Single Payment).

Choose the preferred membership.
4. Enter Customer Details

Some fields will autofill based on the customer’s account information.

Additional fields may be required depending on your Data Collection Settings.
📌 Note: First name, last name, and email address cannot be edited at this stage. Memberships must be purchased under the account holder’s name.
5. Complete Custom Questions
If any custom questions are set and marked as required at membership purchase, the customer must answer them. Then click Save and Continue.
6. Choose Start Date and Apply Promo Code (If Applicable)

Select the Start Date of the membership.

Accept the Terms and Conditions.

If a promo code is available, click the + sign next to "Add a promo code", enter the code, and click Apply.

7. Confirm Terms and Conditions & Discount
The customer confirms that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. Any valid discount will now be applied and visible.
8. Proceed to Checkout
Click Save and Continue to Checkout.
Payment Process
9. Fixed Membership – Card Payment

Enter billing address and card details.

Click Pay Now.
10. Recurring Membership – Direct Debit Setup

Enter bank account details.

Confirm account holder status and agree to Terms and Conditions.

Click Save and Continue.
11. Review and Continue to Final Checkout
The customer reviews the entered information and clicks Continue to Checkout.
12. Final Payment

Choose to pay using a saved card or enter a new card.

Saved card: Enter the security code and click Pay Now.

New card: Enter billing and card details, and optionally choose to save the card.

13. Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is processed, a confirmation message will be displayed on screen.

The membership has now been successfully purchased and is linked to the customer’s account.
