Intro to the Cancelled Bookings Source

Summary

In FLOW's Reporting module, we offer a Data Source specifically designed for reporting on cancelled bookings. This feature provides valuable insights into the cancellation process of your activity bookings.

Cancellation of activity bookings can occur through various channels and methods. To facilitate clear reporting, our Data Source includes a dedicated column called "Bookings Cancellation Source." This column is instrumental in understanding the specific reasons behind cancellations.
