Summary
The Communications tab displays a history of notification emails sent to the customer by FLOW. These include messages such as booking confirmations, booking cancellations, issued penalties, membership expiry notifications, and more.
Note: You can only view the email subject, along with the date and time it was sent. The content of the emails is not accessible.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Search for the Customer
Use the search feature to find the customer whose communications history you want to review.
2. Access the Communications Tab
Navigate to the Communications tab to view the list of emails sent to the customer.
3. Filter Your Search
You can refine your search using the following filters:

Keyword: Filter by source, subject, or recipient email address.

From Date: Set the start date for the search.

To Date: Set the end date for the search.
