How to configure the Online cut off days - V2

Summary

In FLOW, you can configure the online cutoff days for activity bookings directly from the activity template. This setting determines how many days in advance customers must book an activity before the scheduled activity date.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to the Activities V2  Module module.
   
   
2. Under Activities, click on 'Activity Templates'.
   
   
    
3. Select the existing Activity Template you wish to update (or create a new one) and select 'Edit'.
   
   
    
4. Click on the 'Advanced Settings' tab.
   
   
    
5. Scroll down to the Advanced Booking Timings section and click on 'Edit Booking Timings'.
   
   
    
6. Under 'Online Booking Timings', you can update the amount of days for Members and/or non-members.
   
   
    
7. On the bottom of the page, click on 'Save Changes'.
   
   
    
8. A popup notification will appear to confirm the changes.
   
   

Please note: Changes you make on an existing activity template will only apply to future schedules created with this template. Live schedules will not inherit changes.
