This guide explains how to add an extra item to your ticketed bookings template.
Before You Begin
Ensure you’ve already created the POS Pricing Option for the extra item you wish to add.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access the Activities V2 Module
- Navigate to the Activities V2 module.
2. Go to the Templates Section
- Select the Templates section within the Activities V2 module.
3. Select or Create a Template
- Choose an existing template and click Edit, or create a new Ticketed Booking Template.
4. Edit Template Settings
- Click Edit Settings under Template Settings.
5. Edit the Ticket Type
- Scroll down to the Ticket Type section and click Edit.
6. Add the Extra Item
- Search for the POS Pricing Option for the extra item you wish to add.
7. Save Your Changes
- Click Save Ticket Type to confirm the addition.
- Click Save Changes to finalize the template updates.
Important Note
- Changes made to the template will only apply to future schedules created with this template.
- Existing live schedules will not inherit these changes.
