Step-by-Step Guide
- The customer will log in to your booking website.
- They click on 'My Account'.
- They click on the 'Bookings' tab.
- They locate the course they wish to cancel and click on 'view bookings'.
- They click on 'Cancel Course'.
- They are then prompted to confirm the cancellation, and will have to click on 'Cancel Booking'.
- The course is now cancelled.
