How to cancel a camp at the Front of House

Summary

Customers may request to cancel a camp they have booked. Depending on how the camp is set up, you can either:

  • Cancel the entire camp.

  • Cancel individual sessions (if the camp allows booking per session).

Note: If the camp is only bookable as a full package, cancelling any session will cancel the entire camp.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Search for the Customer.

    • Go to their Bookings tab.

  2. Find the Camp Booking

    • Locate the camp you wish to cancel.

    • Click Cancel.

    1. Confirm the Cancellation

      • If the camp is booked as a full package:

        • Cancelling any session will cancel the entire camp.

        • If the camp is booked per session:

          • Cancelling will only remove the selected session.

Key Points

  • Full-camp bookings = cancel once → whole camp is cancelled.

  • Session-based bookings = cancel once → only that session is cancelled.
