How to configure the cancellation cut-off period?

1. Access the System Configuration Module

  • Go to the System Configuration module.

2. Update the Global Cancellation Cutoff Setting

  • Find the Cancellation Cutoff setting and click Edit.

  • Click Facility Overrides to manage settings for specific facilities.

  • Click the Edit button next to the facility you wish to update.
