Summary
This guide explains how to update a customer's details online, such as their bank details, billing address, email address, or other personal information.
There are two ways to perform these updates:
- Front of House Module
- Customers Module
Follow the steps below to make the necessary changes.
Step-by-Step Guide

- Use the search bar to locate the customer by entering their name, email, or other identifying details.

Access the Customer’s Profile
- Once you find the customer, click on View Profile if from the Dashboard to open their details.

Edit Personal Details
- Navigate to the Personal Details tab in the customer’s profile.
- Click on the field(s) you want to update, such as bank details, billing address, or email address and fill in the details.
- Navigate to the Personal Details tab in the customer’s profile.

Save the Changes
- After making the requested updates, click Save to confirm the changes.
Completion
You’ve successfully updated the customer’s details. The changes will now be reflected in their profile. If additional assistance is required, refer to your internal resources or contact support.
