This guide will show you how to view your activities and resources for any given day using the Resource Calendar.
Step-by-Step Guide
There are 2 ways to access your Resource Calendar via the Front of House module and the Facilities module.
Front of House
- From the homepage, go to the Front of House module.
- Go to Facility Calendar
Facilities Module
- From the Home Page, got the Facilities Module.
- Scroll Down to the Facility's calendar you wish to view and click on 'Timeline'.
From Facilities and Front of House - From there, you will be able to view all scheduled activities, whether they have been booked or not.

- Date
By default, today's date will be displayed. You can however change the date you wish to view by clicking on the Calendar Icon in the top left corner and choosing the Date/Month/Year you wish to view.

You can use the + and - buttons to Zoom in and out of the calendar. - Filter
You can use the filter to configure the calendar view.
A) You can choose whether you wish to show All Activities whether they have been booked or not or only show the ones that have by enabling/disabling the 'Show activities that haven't been booked yet' setting. It will be enabled by default the first time.
B) You can select All resources or only specific ones to wish to view. Again, by default, it will show all of them the first time you view the Facility Calendar.
C) If there is a plus next to a resource, it indicates that this is a parent resource. If you only want to see one or some of the child resources, click on the + sign to expand and select the ones() you wish to view.
D) If you only wish to use that view one time, don't save the filter. However, if this is how you always want that view by default, ticket 'Use these settings as my default calendar view' and click on 'Save Filters'. If you do, every time you come back to the calendar, you will see the view as saved by your filter. - Cancel Activities.
You can cancel activities from the calendar by clicking on the activity and clicking on 'Cancel activity'.
Select the Cancellation Reason and select 'Cancel Activity Session'.
You will then see a popup in the top right corner to indicate that the activity has been cancelled. - Edit an activity.
You can easily change certain details of an activity such as the location by selecting it and clicking on 'Edit'. What you can change depends on the Activity Type.
A) Classes and Fast Ticket Activities.
For Classes, you Edit/Change the following details.
- Location:
Remove the current resource and select the one you wish to change it to from the Resource dropdown.
- Instructor (for classes only)
Simply click on the Instructor dropdown and select the one you wish to change it to.
- Activity Duration
You can change the activity duration by using the + and - signs.
- Maximum Capacity
You can change the maximum capacity by using the + and - signs.
- Last entry time on this activity session
You can change the time before the activity ends that a customer can still enter the facility.
Once you are happy with the changes, click on 'Save Changes'.
You will get a pop-up in the top right corner to indicate the activity has been changed successfully.
If for any reason, your changes are conflicting with another activity, you will a pop-up message in the top right corner informing you of the reason why you can't save those changes. For example, there is already another activity taking place at the new venue or affected by the new longer duration.
B) Adhoc Activities
For Adhoc Activities, can only change you can make is the location.
You can change or add multiple locations
Please note: Any changes made only apply to the activity slot. It will not affect the rest of the activity schedule.
