2. Access the ‘Packages’ Tab
- Once you’ve opened the customer’s profile, navigate to the Packages tab.
- This tab contains all the purchased packages associated with the customer.

3. Review Package Details
In the Packages tab, you’ll find key information for each purchased package, including:
- Package Name: The name or type of package purchased.
- Purchase Amount: The total amount paid by the customer.
- Expiration Date: The date the package will expire.
- Total Sessions: The total number of sessions included in the package.
- Sessions Remaining: The number of unused sessions still available.
4. View Session History
- To view the detailed session usage history, click on Show History for the selected package.
- This will display:
- Session Deductions: The number of sessions the customer has used so far.
