How to view Package details on a customer record?

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Search for the Customer

 


2.  Access the ‘Packages’ Tab

  1. Once you’ve opened the customer’s profile, navigate to the Packages tab.
    • This tab contains all the purchased packages associated with the customer.

3.  Review Package Details

In the Packages tab, you’ll find key information for each purchased package, including:

  • Package Name: The name or type of package purchased.
  • Purchase Amount: The total amount paid by the customer.
  • Expiration Date: The date the package will expire.
  • Total Sessions: The total number of sessions included in the package.
  • Sessions Remaining: The number of unused sessions still available.

4. View Session History

  1. To view the detailed session usage history, click on Show History for the selected package.
  2. This will display:
    • Session Deductions: The number of sessions the customer has used so far.
    • Booking Dates: The dates when each session was booked, if applicable.
