How to Add a Customer Using the Dashboard Quick Add Feature

This guide will show you how to quickly add a new customer using the Dashboard Quick Add feature. This is especially useful when handling front desk registrations during busy periods. The Quick Add feature allows you to capture essential customer details—First Name, Last Name, and either a phone number or email address—with the option to complete the profile later.

What is a Customer?
A customer is anyone who uses your facilities, either as a member with an active membership or someone who has made a booking.

 

Step-by-Step-Guide

1. Access the Front of House Module

  • From the Home page, navigate to the Front of House module.

2. Open the Dashboard

  • Select the Dashboard submodule.

3. Start a Machine (if not already started)

4. Fill in the Required Fields:

  • First Name (Required)
  • Last Name (Required)
  • Email Address or Phone Number (At least one is required)

5. Submit the Information

  • Once the required fields are filled in, click Submit.


Note: If you don’t provide either an email address or phone number, the Submit button will remain greyed out, and you won’t be able to proceed.
