How to configure your Email Contents Settings?

This guide explains how to configure Email Content settings. These settings allow you to customize the content of emails sent to customers after specific actions, such as a booking confirmation, a cancellation, or when a customer is added to a waitlist.


Step-by-step Guide

  1. Access the System Configuration

    • From the home page, go to System Configuration.

  2. Navigate to Manage Settings

    • Go to Settings.

    • Select Manage Settings.

  3. Select the Email Contents Category

    • From the Category drop-down menu, select Email Contents.

    • Click on Search to display the settings.
  4. Edit Email Content Settings

    • There are four email content settings available for configuration.
    • For each setting, click Edit, add the desired content, and click Save.

    The email content settings include:

    • Booking Email Confirmation: Customize the email customers receive after confirming a booking.
    • Cancellation Email Content: Define the email content sent when a customer cancels a booking.
    • Members Import Welcome Email Content: Set the content for the welcome email sent to newly imported members.
    • Waitlist Email Content: Configure the email sent to customers when they are added to a waitlist.
