Configure the window of time before class starts for venue access.

Summary

FLOW has a functionality that allows you to configure the window of time before class starts for venue access for customers with their activity booking token.
For example, the class starts at 3 pm but you would like to give early access to the venue to the customer to get changed, purchase a beverage...
By default, the value will be set to 5.
In this guide, we will show you how to configure this setting and where it can be overridden.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. From the home page, go to the System Configuration module.
   
   
   
2. Go to Settings.
   
   
   
3. Go to Manage Settings.
   
   
4. Select Class Bookings from the category dropdown.
   
   
5. Type in 'Minutes before class starts that user can still access the venue to attend' in the Name box and click on 'Search'.
   
   
6. Click on 'Edit' on the right-hand side.
   
   
   
7. Enter the desired value and click on 'Save'.
   
   
   

You can override this setting on the Activity Template and the Activity Schedule.
