How to Extend a Fixed Membership at Front of House (FOH)

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Search for the Customer

  • Use the search function to find the customer whose fixed membership you want to extend.

2. Navigate to the Memberships Tab

  • In the customer’s profile, go to the Memberships tab.

3. Manage the Membership

  • Locate the membership you wish to extend.
  • On the bottom-right corner of that membership, click Manage Membership.

4. Select "Extend Membership"

  • On the right-hand side, click Extend Membership.

5. Enter Extension Details

  • Input the number of days you want to extend the membership.
  • Choose the appropriate reason for the extension (e.g., facility closure, maintenance, etc.).

6. Confirm the Extension

  • Click Extend Membership to apply the changes.
