Summary
When purchasing memberships, customers may be prompted to answer custom questions.
For fixed memberships, customers wanting to renew will be prompted to answer them again.
The reason is that anything could have changed in the year they took their original membership out. For example, if they have taken a student membership out and are asked where they study upon sign up, they may still be a student but moved from school to university etc.
Employer for a discount, postcode for residents, concessionary, and society number.. are all details that may change in a year.
However, the customer will be prompted to answer these custom questions again when renewing their membership at FOH.

Step-by-Step Guide
- Search for the customer
- Click on their Memberships tab.
- Click on 'Renew Membership'.
- Click on Next upon reviewing the details.
- Confirm with the customers that the answers are still correct and click on 'Save and continue'.
- Proceed with the Membership renewal.
