Add points to a user, for example after a tracker problem, or remove points from them.

User role: Administrator
Module: Moves+ admin > Users
Before you start
- You can add or remove between 1 and 999,999 points at a time, in whole numbers.
- You cannot remove more points than the user currently has.
Steps
1. Open the user
Go to Users, search for the user by name or email, then select View in the Actions column.
2. Open their points
Select the Points tab, then Modify Points.
3. Enter the change
In Added / Removed, choose Added or Removed. Enter the Amount, then select Save.
Result
You see the message Points Modified. The change applies straight away. The member sees it the next time they open the app.
- The change shows in the member's activity and in their total points.
- Added points count towards the monthly leaderboard. Removed points do not reduce it.
- Your changes do not count towards the daily cap.
