Deactivated Set by you, for one user or by CSV. A reason is required. No Tracker disconnected and removed from all groups. The email address cannot be used to register again. History stays in reports. You can set them back to Active.
Blocked Set by you with a reason, for a week, month, quarter or year. No Tracker stays connected. Becomes Active when you unblock them or the block period ends.
Anonymised The member's data deletion has been processed. No Personal details are overwritten and the user shows as "Removed User". Points and activity history are kept. Cannot be undone.

Bulk-deleted users do not have a status. They are hidden from the Users list until you restore them.

What counts as activity

Any of these keeps a user Active, or makes an Inactive user Active again:

  • signing in to the app
  • using the app while signed in (recorded at most once every 12 hours)
  • a tracker sync
  • new activity being processed for the member

Signing in and using the app change the status straight away. A sync or new activity changes it at the next daily check. Moving users to Inactive also happens once a day, so a status can change up to a day after the threshold is passed.
