Summary
After creating user roles, you can fine-tune the access levels for each module to align with specific responsibilities. For instance, you may want a receptionist to have access to the Front of House module but restrict their ability to process refunds.
This guide will walk you through how to configure module permissions based on the user’s role. For example, you may want receptionists to have access to the Front of House module but prevent them from processing customer refunds without a manager's presence.
Before you begin, please ensure that you have already created your User Roles.
