Customer Reminder for Uploading Eligibility Documents After Membership Purchase

Summary

When a customer purchases a membership that requires an eligibility document, they must upload the document within a set timeframe based on your configuration settings.

Customers will receive two reminder emails to upload their document:

  1. The first reminder is sent halfway through the set period.
  2. The final reminder is sent one day before the deadline.

This guide will help you configure the settings for these notifications.

Follow the steps below to configure the time period in which customers are reminded to upload their eligibility documents.

 

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. From the home page, select the System Configuration module.

  2. Within the System Configuration module, select the Settings submodule.

  3. From here, click on Manage Settings.

  4. From the category dropdown, select Memberships.

  5. in the search tab, type in 'Days after a membership is created in which a customer should upload the relative eligibility document' and click on 'Search'.

  6. Click on Edit.

  7. Enter the desired amount of days for customers to upload their eligibility document and click on 'save'.
