1. Access the Membership Module
- From the homepage, navigate to the Memberships module.
2. Select Freeze Type
- Choose the Freeze Type option from the menu.
3. Create a New Freeze Type
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Create New Freeze Type button.
4. Fill in the Freeze Type Details
- Name: Enter a name for the freeze type (e.g., "Injury Freeze").
- Availability: Select where the freeze can be applied (online, front of house, or both).
- Range From/To: Specify the duration of the freeze. For example, if you want to allow a one-month freeze, select Range From as 1 month and Range To as 1 month.
- Payment Option: Determine how much the customer will be charged during the freeze period. For example, if a customer normally pays £45/month, you might reduce it to £10/month during the freeze. (For more details, see Create a Freeze Pricing Option.)
- Prevent Access: Tick this option if you want to prevent the customer from accessing the facility while their membership is frozen.

Required Document Upload: Check this box if customers need to provide documents (e.g., a medical note) for the freeze to be approved.
5. Save the Freeze Type
- Click Create Freeze Type to finalize the setup.
