Step-by-Step Guide
1. Search for the Customer
- Use the search bar to locate the customer’s profile in the system.
2. Select an Item or Activity
- Choose an item, such as a POS product, or book an activity for the customer.
- When prompted, select ‘Credit’ as the payment option.
3. Confirm the Transaction
- Click Continue to proceed with the booking or purchase.
4. Receipt Option
- Choose the preferred receipt delivery method:

No Receipt (if applicable).
This process allows you to seamlessly apply a customer’s credit to their booking or purchase.
