How to pay for a customer transaction with credit at FOH?

Summary

This guide explains how to apply a customer’s account credit to a booking.

Note: Ensure the customer has sufficient credit in their account before proceeding. If they do not, refer to the guide on Adding Credit to an Account.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Search for the Customer

  • Use the search bar to locate the customer’s profile in the system.

2. Select an Item or Activity

  • Choose an item, such as a POS product, or book an activity for the customer.
  • When prompted, select ‘Credit’ as the payment option.

3. Confirm the Transaction

  • Click Continue to proceed with the booking or purchase.

4. Receipt Option

  • Choose the preferred receipt delivery method:
    • Email
    • Print
    • No Receipt (if applicable).

This process allows you to seamlessly apply a customer’s credit to their booking or purchase.
