How to configure your payment provider?

Summary

This guide explains how to set up Opayo as your payment provider for both online and FOH (Front of House) transactions. Note that this setup is separate from Direct Debit Providers like AccessPay or GoCardless. Currently, only Opayo is supported as a payment provider.


Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access Payment Provider Settings

  1. From the Home page, go to the System Configuration Module.

  2. Select Payment Providers from the menu.

2. Configure Opayo

  1. Find Opayo in the list and click Configuration.

  2. Complete the following fields to enable Opayo as your payment provider:

    • Saved Card Details Enabled: Enables customers to save their card details for future online purchases.

    • SagePay Integration Password: Enter the integration password provided by Opayo.

    • SagePay Vendor Name: Enter the vendor name as registered with Opayo.

    • SagePay Test Mode: Indicate whether to enable Test Mode for testing transactions before going live. Should be set to No in order to go live.

    • SagePay Integration Key: Enter your unique integration key provided by Opayo.

  3. After filling in all required fields, click Submit to save the configuration.

Your payment provider setup is now complete, and Opayo is ready to handle online and FOH transactions.
